Minovski
Valerie Messini is a Vienna based architect and artist.
She
studied architecture at the University of Applied Arts Vienna were she did receive her Master’s Degree (Mag.arch, with distinction)
in architecture from Studio Wolf D.Prix in 2011.
Since 2011 she works as self employed artist in the field of architecture
and photography. She did obtain the Tische Stipendium in 2012 and the Hans Hollein Project Scholarship for Architecture and
Design in 2016, both from Austrian Federal Ministry for Education Arts and Culture as well as the Hilde-Zach-Kunstförderstipendium
from the City of Innsbruck in 2014.
She did spend 6 months in India in 2012-13, where she worked as a project architect
at Flying Elephant Studio. She also did work as a design architect at Snohetta and Coop Himmelb(l)au. She realized several
large scale installation projects for the artist Eva Schlegel.
She was Assistant Professor at ./studio3-Institute for
experimental Architecture at the University of Innsbruck from 2013 until 2017.
Since 2017 she is a licensed Architect.
Damjan Minovski studied Architecture in the studio of Wolf Prix at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.
After his graduation in 2011 he has worked as freelance visual artist, producing architectural visualizations for renowned
offices.
From 2012-17 he was part of the architecture collaborative SeMF focusing on Mapping and Fabrication in the context
of architecture. From 2013-15 he was part of the FWF/Peek research project 'GrAB' at the University of Applied Arts, where
he was involved in designing and building a portable room-scale 3D-printer. Also from 2013-15 he was an University Assistant
at Studio Hani Rashid in Vienna. Currently he is teaching at the University of Innsbruck and the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
