Steps for Application

Online-Registration

  • In addition to individual data and contact data, the upload of a passport scan and a portrait photo is required.
  • All individual data will be erased two months after the entrance exams.
  • If necessary, technical support can be requested via studien@uni-ak.ac.at.
PLEASE NOTE
Your successful registration will be confirmed via Email, comprising your individual registration number required for handing in / uploading your portfolio.

Portfolio Upload

Please upload a PDF document of 50 MB max.
Additional files (e.g. videos) can only be provided via links.
(e.g. vimeo allows a password protected video upload)

  • Portfolios can be updated until the deadline - afterwards, changes are no longer possible.
  • In case your PDF exceeds 50 MB, please use a tool for compression.
  • If necessary, technical support can be requested via studien@uni-ak.ac.at.
PLEASE NOTE
Every successful upload will be confirmed via Email.

Communication with the Responsible Department

Your department will contact you via email about the results of the first round (assessment of the portfolio) and in case of an invitation to the second round.

PLEASE NOTE
Check your spam folder regularly, in order to avoid missing out important information - especially in case of applications from abroad.
