description
CAUCULT is an international, intercultural action promoting local culture-related initiatives which support ethnic, religious and cultural diversity across the South Caucasus. Communities have been activated through art projects to initiate a dialogue between various stakeholders representing different cultural backgrounds in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia – local and national authorities, communities, various institutions, NGOs and other actors. This three-year project has been implemented since January 2012 by the international consortium of the following partners: Interkulturelles Zentrum, Austria (project leader), International Center for Intercultural Research, Learning and Dialogue, Armenia, YUVA Humanitarian Center, Azerbaijan, Academy for Peace and Development, Georgia, Center for Cultural Relations – Caucasian House, Georgia, Association for Non-Formal Education in Lithuania.
