Stromkilometer
is both a prize and a challenge that is awarded to students, alumni and also employees of the University of Applied Arts Vienna.
The school ship Bertha von Suttner has so far rewarded high school graduates with
a multiple (present for the graduates) of artists. Students, alumni and employees of the Angewandte are invited to design
this special gift for the 2025/2026 graduates of the Schulschiff. It should show a sign of remembrance of the school ship
and the graduation.
700€ is available as prize money for the best submission and additional 700€ for implementation.
Deadline for submissions: Sunday, 10.05.2026.
The jury meeting will take place
on Wednesday, 13.05.2026 from 14:00 to 16:00 at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Applicants must be present
to pitch their ideas to the jury.
