was founded in 2016. It is a shared studio space for visual artists and performance artists. It is always messy and crammed with stuff but we like it.

Currently working at The Future Studio are Anne Glassner, Jari Genser, Philipp Renda and Faith Hampton.

Anne Glassner graduated in 2016 from the Painting department (Prof. Johanna Kandl/Henning Bohl). She is a performance artist that is working with sleep. A central theme in her sleeping performances is the intersection between intimate and public spaces.

Jari Genser graduated in 2016 from the Graphics and Printmaking department (Prof. Jan Svenungsson). He is working as a visual artist and focuses on painting and printmaking. He likes to work on long-term projects: Since 2012 he paints paintings of his paintings in a potentially endless sequence.

Philipp Renda graduated in 2016 from the Graphics and Printmaking department (Prof. Jan Svenungsson). He is interested in stories and likes to look for new input in the vague and the uncertain. He works with a variety of media.
