"Semesterplanung" – how much and what kind of planning does my teaching need?

Learning and development depend on the involvement and participation of students. Therefore, a plan cannot be rigid. It must
adapt to the specific situation.
Nevertheless, structuring your lessons can provide orientation - for you and the students. So, what does sensible planning
look like in your case? What do you need to plan and what not?
And what holds your planning together, even if much remains open and unpredictable? How do your methodological and content-related
decisions reflect what you want to achieve with your lessons?
Based on some theoretical input, you will have the opportunity to reflect on, discuss and ultimately develop your own planning.
